About Alexis

Hi, I'm Alexis. I'm 23-year-old mother of an infant and a toddler coming out of working in a residential facility for struggling youth aged 12-17. I babysat toddlers from the age of 12-15 consistently and babysat in between jobs from 15-20. I then started my career in adolescent mental health from 21-present, but am stepping out of my role to have more consistency. Passion: I love to work with kids of all ages, each milestone is so impressive and important, it's hard to choose a specific age! I love seeing kids grow & learning all about each individuals quirks. I want to help your child explore their interests, whatever they may be! Expertise: At the facility, we would apply evidence based behavioral interventions for children who struggled with ASD, GAD, MDD, PTSD, eating disorders and more. I would help with communication and hard emotions while furthering my knowledge of therapeutic practices, care plans, and creating new interventions to help with difficult behaviors.
