We were fortunate to have Alex watch our 13 month old child who takes a while to warm up to people and has a fit when we leave the room. Alex handled it like a pro and in no time our little one was laughing with Alex. Alex's energy with our child was right on what they needed - silly when they were having fun, calming when it was time to rest. Alex is very observant and picks up on what a child likes/needs super quick. We will be lucky to have Alex again.
