Unprofessional & unreliable. She applied to a job I posted & we agreed I’d call at 6pm. When I called it went straight to vm. She called back & said she was “in the shower”, 1st red flag that she doesn’t take this seriously. Throughout the call she seemed distracted but I still gave her a shot & scheduleda meetup. The day of the meetup I texted her twice to confirm and she completely ghosted us. I reposted the job & she reapplied so she obviously didn’t bother to check who she was applying for.
