About Alexis

As a caregiver, my passion lies in fostering children's growth and development. With three years of experience, I'm well-equipped to care for children of all ages. I'm patient, calm, and friendly. I have experience with children with autism and have learned effective communication skills to ensure that they are being cared for and supported the best way possible. I care deeply about children and I am currently in school studying social work with the hopes of making a difference in the lives of many children. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules but I approach this in a more gentle parenting style way of enforcement. I also really believe in positive enforcement over discipline. I love to be outside! And would get along perfectly with your adventurous outdoorsy kids. I believe every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment to thrive. I look forward to the opportunity to positively impact the lives of children and build lasting relationships with families.
