Alexis was a no show for a 1:00 to 2:00 pm booking. She also did communicate her inability to come. There may have been ambiguous communication from my end as my use of the website was not the best. Thanks to Rica and Joenad from billing I now have a good understanding of to use the website effectively and my posts are clear and concise.
