As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with three years of experience, I'm dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and educational environment for children. My passion for caring for children stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of positively impacting their lives. Also growing up w a big family having 6 siblings and always caring. I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, which puts children at ease, and my friendly and approachable nature makes me easy to communicate with. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup and send periodic text or phone call updates throughout the day, tailoring my communication method to the parents' preference. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. My approach to playtime is diverse and engaging. My main goal is to make they are having fun & staying safe.
