Extremely unprofessional. She was late for a test day, and at the time, she showed she didn’t have much experience. We taught her some stuff and were willing to teach. But she was 15 minutes late on her first day. She was sloppy with our powder formula, spilling it everywhere and not picking it up, didn’t know how to feed our baby, didn’t clean up after the baby, and literally walked out and quit without telling us anything.
