About Alex

As a nurturing and experienced childcare professional, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. I have previously been both a camp and after school counselor. I am skilled at creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of all ages. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I love to engage children in fun and educational activities. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and following the lead of parents. I'm also happy to help with cooking and meal preparation. I am certified in CPR and First Aid training, mental health first aid, and I am always learning and growing to provide the best possible care for children. I have an MBA and I'm currently enrolled in a Master of Social Work program. I am a trans woman and part of the LGBTQ community.
