My name is Alexa, My passion for working with children and my dedication to special education motivate me to always seek the best for each child in my care. I am certified as a **RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)** and am currently a **special education** student in college. My academic background is complemented by training from the **Florida Child and Family Care Center**, which has provided me with a solid foundation to understand and support the unique needs of children on the autism spectrum. I have had the opportunity to work with children between the ages of 4-7 who are on the autism spectrum, which has allowed me to develop effective practical and communication skills for this environment. I firmly believe that every child has unique potential and with the right support, they can achieve great things. My commitment is to offer loving, patient and understanding care, where every small step forward is celebrated and every challenge is met with determination and love.
