About Alexa

Hi parents! My name is Alexa. I am a 19-year-old college freshman studying Elementary Education and Early Childhood Development. I have four years of childcare experience, with a particular focus on preschoolers. I worked as a preschool teacher for over three years, and I currently work at a private school with students ranging from Pre-K3 to 8th grade. This taught me how to care for multiple children and create engaging lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate. I hold certifications in CPR and AED and have 40 hours of DCF training. I also have a spotless driving record and a reliable car. I hope to establish a long-term relationship with a family, although I am always open to providing occasional care. I am willing to assist with household tasks, pet care, and any other responsibilities. My availability is currently limited, but I expect to have almost full availability by next school year.
