I worked with Alex as a swim instructor! She is incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and very growth oriented. Alex consistently asked questions and sought feedback about her work, even when there were really only positive things to say. She was incredibly communicative about if she needed to miss a course and always made up any content that she missed. Her interactions with students were thoughtful and she always integrated feedback. One of Alex's personal strengths was making intentional space in her lessons for the comfort of students, and always making sure that she kept students on track, as well as engaged in the lesson. I would absolutely work with Alex again, and she brings a super unique set of skills to babysitting as well as swim lessons!
