About Alexandria

Knowledgeable educator with nine years of experience providing educational guidance in mathematics from ages 13 -18 and mentorship to students in low-income communities. I am open to supporting students in other subjects besides math, preferably science or reading. Reflective on shifting teaching methods and instructional materials to meet all students' needs. Caring and enthusiastic with demonstrated skills in organization, planning, as well as communication with the youth, parents, colleagues, and administrators. I have experience working with students who have IEP's for the past 7 years in my classroom. The past 2 years, I have had the pleasure of working directly in small groups and 1:1 sessions with students who have IEP's.
