About Alexandra

Hi! My name is Alex. I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology and minored in French. I enjoy singing, being active (running, weightlifting, soccer), and cooking/baking! My kind and bubbly demeanor creates a welcoming environment where children feel safe and supported. I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred methods to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. I have 9 years of paid experience caring for children from ages 3yo-12yo. I've also loved spending time with my 2-year-old nephew who've I've cared for frequently since he was about 6 months old! I have five years of CNA healthcare experience, including working as an Emergency Department Technician for two years. I am BLS certified. I'm happy to assist with cooking and meal preparation, light housekeeping, travel, and supervising swimming activities.
