Alexandra applied for a full time position with us. We had a phone interview and it went great, that's the only reason I'm giving her 2. She was pleasant and answered all my questions. We agreed to have a paid in person interview to meet us and the kids and see how it goes. I told her I will confirm over texts. I messaged her to come at certain day and hours and she agreed and said OK. I forgot to send her my address, so instead of her asking for the address or reminding me, she simply didn't show up. When I texted asking if she's still coming and apologized for not sending the address, she simply said "I'll pass" and never answered me again.
