My name is Ally. I am a former Preschool Assistant. I have veen working with young children for over 15 years. I began tutoring in my High School. To be a part of a child's progress, achievements/accomplishments and seeing their faces brighten when they overcome a challenge is a true gift of joy and pride. I help with learning numbers, colors, shapes. I also incorporate crafts and baking into lessons. My technique: I first learn the child's strengths, weaknesses and interests and then develop lessons styles around my discoveries. I work with the chikd's LEARNING level- NOT age.
