About Alexandra

I am very passionate about helping promote the growth and development of children in any way I can. I am a creative individual who enjoys making learning fun and engaging (like through educational games). Especially, if I can find a way to do so with music (music is one of my greatest passions). However, I am also a person who enjoys some good old-fashioned fun such as by playing board games or doing puzzles (which also help in the development of problem-solving skills). I believe in open and respectful communication with parents, using their preferred method, to ensure clear and efficient communication, so that I can create an environment in which both them and the child are comfortable. With my experience helping care for younger family members and the younger children at my past after-school cares and summer camps, I am confident in creating a nurturing and educational environment. I am fluent in English and Romanian and am proficient in Spanish (intermediate level).
