Hello , Ive been in the childcare industry for about 7-8 years. I have a broad amount of experience with all age groups but do have a soft spot for infants and toddlers. Ive worked with familes as well as daycares which has opened my eyes more vigorously how children act and why they do the things they do , more than anything helping understand them and helping them develop the right way while also making them feel understood. I like coming up with cute activities that enrich their growth and I love each one of my kids for the individuals that they are. Alex is so kind and caring with my 3 year old. She always offers to do more than just childcare and cleans up while taking great care of my daughter. Alex always shares great pictures and does amazing developmentally appropriate activities.
