Hi! My name is Alexandra and I have about 8 years of experience caring for children. My experience comes from nannying for four families with a wide range of ages, and two years working at a Montessori School in Portland, Oregon as an assistant teacher. I worked mainly with infants (4 months and up) and toddlers at the Montessori School so I am very comfortable with sleep training, teething, feeding, introducing solids, engaging them with works, and caring for them in general. I know how important it is to cultivate an environment where your child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development can thrive. I am a caring and reliable person who loves being around kids of all ages. I consider myself to be fun, easy going, creative, active, patient, and hardworking. Beyond basic childcare I'm more than willing to get groceries, cook, run errands, carpool, laundry, pet care... and I'm open to other tasks should they be vital to your family!

Ali primarily watched my 1-year-old daughter part time for 4 months, but also babysat all 4 of my kids and watched our dogs when we were out of town. She took excellent care of my daughter and made sure she napped and played. She loves dogs and did great with them too. In addition to childcare, she helped keep the house tidy, did dishes, folded laundry, made dinner and helped get the older kids to activities which was extremely helpful in a busy dual career household with 4 kids. My kids really liked her and said she was their favorite babysitter. When other childcare feel through, she stepped up and increased her hours to help out which we really appreciated. She communicated well when she had questions or concerns and tried her best to help out. She will be missed.
