Miss Allie is truly a gift to our family, she is a caregiver who we have the utmost confidence in when it comes to taking care of our little girl. Transitioning back to work after parental leave is always challenging but knowing Allie would be standing in the gap to care for our girl provided peace of mind. Our schedule is followed wonderfully, Allie communicates and keeps me involved, and the smile on my little one’s face truly says it all! Cannot speak highly enough of Allie, she really does aim to be an extension of your family and anyone who has an opportunity to welcome her into their home is better for it!
