About Alexandra

I have quite a few years of experience babysitting and caring for children. I am 5 years older than my brother and once I reached an appropriate age, was entrusted to care for him while my parents worked. I would babysit for my neighbor who had a toddler and triplets, that was a fun experience! I currently work as a caregiver in assisted living at a long term care facility in Escondido where I have been for 5.5 years. I adore caring for my patients and find the experience very rewarding and humbling. I assist them with activities of daily living which range from bathroom assistance, showering, meal prep, medication assistance, dressing and grooming, and facility activities. I have current experience with hospice patient care, and moderate care of transitioning Dementia and Alzheimer's patients. I would like to move my current experience into childcare as I thoroughly enjoyed working with children and would like the change in direction.
