About Alexandra

I have over 15 years of experience with working with the senior and dementia population. As a current Community Relations Director at a local Memory Care Community I am in charge of the training and education of all staff on dementia and dementia behaviors. I have also worked on the activities side of memory care and used my expertise to keep my residents engaged. I am truly passionate about educating people on dementia that I lead a monthly caregivers support group at my current community available to all staff and loved ones. Before I entered into the senior living industry I was a certified EMT for the county. I am fully Covid vaccinated and will respect your wishes to continue wearing a mask while performing my duties. By hiring me, you are not just getting a caregiver to look after your loved one. I plan on keeping them engaged to help with sundowning and most importantly helping them regain a sense of purpose and improving their quality of life.
