I love watching and helping young children explore the world around them and build the foundational skills they will need for the rest of their lives. I specialize in infant care: I've had parents call me the baby whisperer. One of my goals in working with infants is helping make sure they're meeting their developmental milestones and setting them up for success. I've worked with multiple babies who were simultaneously going through PT and feeding therapy.

Alexandra cared for our son as our dedicated, full time nanny starting when he was six months old to 2 years. Alexandra came to us with experience working in day care and a wealth of early childhood development knowledge. Not only do I credit her with helping our son reach verbal and motor skill milestones (he was speaking 50+ words by 12 months old, began walking at 11 months), but she also helped me, as a mom, more confidently navigate through various phases including starting solid foods, sleep regression and emotion regulation, sharing techniques that I may not have tried without having her here! Alexandra’s bubbly nature and love of music made every day fun and educational. We highly recommend her!
