I'd describe my personality as warm, friendly and caring. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy making a difference in their lives. Seniors need the companionship and care piece as well as physical requirements. I'm looking for a job that allows me to interact with people who would like to stay in their homes. I started caring for seniors when my Grandmother was aging. In my spare time, I like to walk the beach and collect sea glass (and usually bring a bag to gather trash). One thing you should know about me is I'm a competent, thoughtful caregiver. My skills include meeting seniors where they are. I like engage in the outdoors. This can mean a walk or birdwatching at the feeder in the backyard. I like to discover what the activities they are interested in and gather books or crafting etc together for fun. I also enjoy cooking for others.
