About Alexa

I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. With over five years of experience as a childcare provider, I've had the joy of caring for children of various ages, from infants to preteens. My patient and friendly nature has allowed me to build strong relationships with the children in my care and their families. I am currently working at the Woodbury commons, I've been there for almost 4 years now. I want to start making my way out and do something that will benefit my future. I started community college at Suny Orange right out of high school, took a gap year, and I'm planning to start again this fall. My last 2 years of high school I took an early education class. I created lesson plans and taught 3-year-olds. My end goal is to become an elementary school teacher. I have many little cousins that I have babysat over the years and I love watching the little ones grow.
