As a childcare provider with seven years of experience, nurturing the growth and development of children. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I realized the profound impact, I could have on young lives. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children effortlessly. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in transparency and open dialogue. I provide regular updates, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, whichever the parents prefer. I also respect and follow their preferred communication method to ensure we're on the same page regarding their child's well-being. Enforcing household rules comes naturally to me. I believe in creating a structured and safe environment for children, and I'm very comfortable setting boundaries and expectations.
