Hello, my name is Alexa , and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation. My career has cultivated a deep compassion, understanding, and affinity for individuals of all ages, with a particular focus on the elderly. Working as an Activity Assistant in nursing homes and assisted living facilities has given me the opportunity to provide meaningful care and support in their daily lives. In addition to my formal experience, I have provided care for elderly individuals in private settings. I have assisted with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication management, , and mobility support. My background in Therapeutic Recreation allows me to design and implement engaging and therapeutic activities that enhance the quality of life for seniors.
