About Alexa

Hi Families! My name is Alexa, and I'm a 22-year-old recent psychology graduate from the University at Albany. This fall, I'll be starting my graduate studies in school psychology at Fordham University. I have extensive childcare experience, having worked with toddlers as a babysitter. In addition as an afterschool teacher and summer camp counselor to children in kindergarten, first grade, and older kids in fifth grade and up. I'm very active and enjoy going on runs and walks in the park. My outgoing personality helps me connect well with kids, and I absolutely love pets! I am fluent in both Spanish and English, making communication easy and effective in bilingual households. My previous experiences consists of working at a DOE run afterschool in Elmhurst, Queens, summer camp counselor for two years at Trinity School on the UWS and multiple babysitting Looking forward to meeting your family and providing excellent care for your children!
