About Alexa

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, attentive, fun loving. I like working with kids because I like to help play a role in their development and to see how they grow every day. I love trying new things with the kids I work with and see how they will respond to each new activity. I'm looking for a job that is consistent and flexible with my schedule as I am a second year college student. I started working with kids very early on as my mom worked at a daycare so I would go help out after school. Then as I got older I got very interested in child development and have taken classes on it in high school. In my spare time, I am involved with my sorority, I enjoy hanging out with friends and trying new things, and spending time with family. One thing you should know about me is I am first aid and CPR certified infant-adult. My skills include time management and sticking to a routine, engaging and having fun with the children, and planning age appropriate activities.
