About Alexa

I am a current teacher in the NYC public school system with 5 years of experience as a special ed math teacher grades 6-8. My license area is grades K-12 Special Education Generalist. My skills include math, special education, and English. I'd describe my personality as hard working, kind, and ambitious. I like tutoring because it allows me to work with students one on one and create more personal goals based on individual learning needs. I'm looking for a job that gives me flexibility and fulfillment. In my spare time, I like to read, spend time outside, play basketball, and see family and friends.
