I grew up with a cousin with Autism who is the same age as me. This has sparked my passion to work with children with special needs as I learned empathy and how wonderful exceptionalities were at such a young age. My passion is to educate those with disabilities as well as assist them with daily activities and goals. I have worked for AHRC (in a residential home) as a direct support professional and I worked for Independent Support Services as a job coach. I have also been a nanny for a family for 4 years. I have experience working with many individuals with disabilities from ages 4-80. I now work in an elementary school from 9-330 as a special education teaching assistant. I look forward to learning from your children and teaching them to shine through their abilities!
