Hello! I'm Alexa and I'm a recent college grad with a 3. 7 GPA and a B. S in Advertising. I was also a babysitter for a few months to a family with two wonderful kids (4&7) and for a few weeks with a 2-year-old and 4-month-old that I found through Care. com, and I'd love to have that wonderful experience again! After working at a summer camp for two years, and then becoming a part-time babysitter, I realized working with kids is something I'm actually passionate about and love to do. I match the energetic, bubbly personality kids radiate, I love pets, and I also can help with cleaning, laundry, activities, and homework help. Most importantly, throughout this pandemic, my first and most important priority is practicing proper hygiene every day to keep myself and everyone else around me safe!

Alexa helped us with our sons ages 3 years and 6 months, for a week while we were in NY. She was on time, communicative, flexible, friendly and competent. She was able to go with the flow of our constantly changing schedule, which was a huge help. She had not previously worked with an infant as young as ours, and I really appreciated that she asked a lot of questions about anything she was unsure about. I much prefer that to someone who feels they need to project confidence and then doesn't do a good job. She did great with the baby, and the toddler. She was creative in finding ways to engage with them both and seemed to really enjoy being with them. She took them out to the park, and always let me know where they were and how it was going. It was a pleasure to have her help. I would highly recommend her.
