About Alexa

Hi! My name is Alexa and I'm a 19 y/o college student! While growing up, I've always had younger cousins to watch over. Taking care of and playing with them has been something I've always enjoyed and lead me to be passionate about childcare! I have 3 years of babysitting experience for a family with 2 kids, who are 11 and 9, as well as 5 years of experience with kids of all ages as an ice skating coach! I'm most comfortable working with kids 6 or older. I'm also American Red Cross Certified for First Aid/CPR. I'm looking for casual babysitting positions as I'm needed, but also able to commit to a consistent basis (weekly, twice a week, or something similar). My rate is a minimum of $20/hour for 1-2 children, or minimum $25/hour for 3. My focus is to make sure the kids are happy while I'm there! I love playing cards or board games, watching movies/shows, and making crafts with the kids! I'm firm with keeping rules but kind and compassionate, and can face any challenges thrown my way.
