Alexa worked for us for about 5 months on a set agreed upon schedule and was not reliable. She consistently and frequently called out with little to no notice. She was not good about taking our daughter outside, doing crafts, etc, despite us requesting it several times, and was regularly on her phone, taking calls, etc. Alexa quit with giving less than 24 hour notice. She was very nice to talk to, but extremely unreliable.
