About Alexa

Though I have two years of experience, I have grown up with a household of five kids all in different ages. I have experience working at the daycare at RHS. And I'm working towards getting certifications in first aid. I'd describe my personality as fun, caring, responsible, and reliable. I like working with kids because it's fun to see what they are able to accomplish when they put their minds to it. It's interesting to see their thought processes and tendencies. I started working with kids when I was 14. My mom had twins when I was 13 so I was always the one to help out with them. In my spare time, I like to go out with friends, play volleyball, and read. One thing you should know about me is I'm very responsible. I want parents to have a nice time out doing whatever instead of having to worry about their kids being okay. My skills include communication skills with not only the children, but the parents as well. Having respectful boundaries, and good playing skills.
