Ale is the most incredible nanny, human, and friend. She started watching our daughter when she was only 4 months old and has been with us ever since (she is now 2). The only reason we are parting ways is because our daughter will be going to school full time and we no longer will need additional help, but we cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with Ale. Ale has never been late (in fact, she is always early), is always willing and eager to help, and is a total professional. She is unbelievably nurturing and loving with newborns, which made us so comfortable leaving our daughter at such a young age in her care. As our daughter got older, Ale was instrumental in getting her on a schedule, teaching her, and staying active with her at museums, playgrounds, playdates, and more. She is very hands on and gives one hundred percent of her attention to taking care of our child. She is always talking, playing music, going outside, reading, and engaging with our daughter, which has helped tremendously with her development. We love her as a person and can’t recommend her enough to a family looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, and kind to help look after their most precious little loved ones!
