I like caring for people with special needs because through the years of supporting the special needs, it has molded me into someone who is compassionate, understanding , patient and supportive. I'm looking for a job that will be beneficial not only for myself but for the family I'm supporting and bonding with! I have a cousin who has Down Syndrome. I grew up being accepting of anyone with a disability whether intellectual or physical. I can't wait to continue this journey of learning more from them! In my spare time, my children and I enjoy quality time whether it's inside reading a book, telling stories, arts and crafts to being outside going on walks, learning about our surroundings and taking nature and its beauty in. One thing you should know about me is I am here to work around you and your families needs and wants. My skills include supporting people through tough times, show the compassion and patience they need when they need it the most and bond with whoever I'm supporting.
