Our family met Alejandra by total happenstance three years ago. Initially, we hired Ale part time, and then quickly switched to full time. At the time, we had two girls in elementary school, and a 3 year old boy at home, along with a 100 lb dog. Ale's responsibilities were to get all three children ready and fed in the morning, she walked the girls to the bus stop, cared for our son throughout the day, and then met our girls at the bus stop and brought them home. She was an absolutely amazing nanny, and over time, Ale became like a member of our family. When we moved thirty min away, she followed us, and continued morning and afternoon care, after all 3 of our children were in school. I referred her to my neighbor across the street, and she began to work for them-a family with four young children, one special needs. She balanced both families at the same time, with ease. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Ale again. We adore her. The next family who gets her will be incredibly lucky.
