Alex is wonderful with kids (mine are 2 and 7 now) of all ages. She keeps them busy with story time, playtime, outdoor time, etc. She is so helpful when it comes to preparing snacks and light meals as well which was a huge help for my big eaters. She is trustworthy and flexible too!
