I'm a passionate childcare provider with 3 years of experience, eager to make a positive impact on children's lives and support families by providing a reliable childcare option. My experience includes babysitting and working in a childcare center, where I've honed my skills in caring for children of all ages. Whether it's leading outdoor sports, playing board games, or engaging in educational games, I love creating a fun and stimulating environment for children. As a patient and calm individual, I'm able to handle challenging situations with a collected and creative mindset. I strongly believe in open communication with parents and I make sure to provide daily written reports and verbal updates at pickup, or through the parents' preferred method of communication. Additionally, I understand the importance of following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and routines. My background includes some college education, and I'm also CPR and First Aid certified.
