For a year, I was responsible for the comprehensive care of a 102-year-old man, assisting him with all his personal needs. In the mornings, I helped him get up, clean his intimate areas, change his diapers, clean his dentures, assist with mouthwash, wash his face and hands, dress him, and settle him into his wheelchair. I also took care of his meals, and in the afternoons, I would take him for a walk so he could get some sunlight. In the evenings, we would repeat the same routine as in the morning.
