Hi there. I hope you are all well. Please allow me to tell you a bit about myself. I was a special education teacher for about 26 years. I have knowledge working with infants up to seniors with special needs. I am familiar and have facilitated all of the items checked on my application. I have experience tending to all people with varying needs of abilities. I am there for support and teachable moments which occurs often. I lead a structured day with a schedule if needed. I believe constant communication is extremely important.
