I've always known I wanted to work with children. I had positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and discovered my passion for nurturing and caring for little ones. I decided to pursue a career as a childcare provider because I wanted to make a positive impact on children's lives and support families by providing reliable childcare. I am patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I believe these traits make me well-suited to be a childcare provider. I understand the importance of communication with parents and always follow their preferred method, whether that's verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text, or phone calls. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead. I believe consistency is key, and I want to ensure that the children are following the rules set by their parents.
