About Aleicia

I'm a 22-year-old Architecture major at UTA with experience babysitting, a 7-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl. This age gap has given me plenty of hands-on experience with kids of different ages since I was 14. As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with seven years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in fostering a strong partnership with parents, following their preferred communication method to keep them informed and address any concerns promptly. With my friendly and approachable nature, I excel at enforcing household rules while maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere. I find great joy in engaging children with educational games that promote learning and spark their imagination. Board games and puzzles are just a few of the many activities I enjoy sharing with them.
