About Alecia

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, and I believe that every child deserves the chance to thrive. With one year of childcare experience, I'm confident in my ability to make a positive impact on the lives of children and support families. I'm a patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable person. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while still maintaining a positive and nurturing environment. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred communication method to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, and I have experience with a wide range of age groups, from infants to preteens.
