About Aleah

I value the relationships that I have with children and their primary caregivers, and understand trust and joy to provide the strongest basis for children's development, learning, and growth. My 10 years of experience has included informal and formal settings, and both education-focused and play-based environments, so I can adapt to the environment and approach that you prioritize for your child(ren). I emphasize curiosity and mutual respect, along with learning rooted in place, identity, and play. Outdoor exploration is a go-to activity, and I love to sing and cook, build and make things, move my body, and read. I feel privileged to work with kids, as it reminds me every day of just how much there is to try, wonder at, and explore. Whatever sort of care you seek, I would love to see if I might be the right person to work with your family. I am currently training to be a Full Spectrum Doula, and invite inquiries regarding prenatal and postpartum care as well.
