I've always looked at every individual that I care for as family. I have taken care of numerous family members and my mother in law that suffered from Alzheimer's/dementia, as well as worked in an assisted living facility. I currently work with an individual that has Alzheimers but only take care of them 4 days out of the month. I prefer taking care of someone long term, but open to assistant them for a day.
