About Alea

I'd describe my personality as social, fun and energetic! I like working with kids because I believe that they deserve the best. I'm a newer parent and all children are just truly precious to me. I started working with kids when I was 8 years old and my mom did in home daycare. I come from a big family so having nephews and nieces to care for started around 7 years old I was helping with the younger ones(0-6years). Throughout the years I have worked for families independently in the Des Moines area. I've recently moved to the area and had to leave my most recent family but can provide contact information for a reference for 1/3 of my most recent caring positions.
