When caring for my children, Alden was extremely engaged and showed genuine interest in connecting with my son and daughter on a personal level. She was not content to simply make sure they were safe, and to follow my requests, which she always did. She actively cared about their interests, and made a concerted effort to tie enrichment activities to their preferred activities. I found this to be unique compared to other care givers.
