We simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Alcira’s support to our family. For over 3 years she has cared for our children and helped us prepare them for school. She also handles meals and laundry for the children, and keeps their play spaces and bedrooms clean. Alcira is incredibly reliable. In over 3 years we have never had an unannounced late arrival or absence. She plans her leave diligently and gives us plenty of notice so we can accommodate her. On several occasions she offered to stay late, come in early, work a weekend day, or even work from a different location (when we did construction at the house), all to make life as easy as possible for us. Most importantly, our children absolutely adore her, and “Nana” has become a very dear member of our family. She is incredibly patient with the children, helping them through even the toughest tantrum with love and support. She cares deeply for their development, prioritizing active play, time outdoors, and reading books over TV & iPad time. She helped us with potty training, taught our kids Spanish, and brings a positive attitude to their lives every day. Ms. Alcira has our highest recommendation. She keeps our children safe and lovingly cares for their wellbeing. Her unwavering commitment to our children gives us the best gift – peace of mind.
