About Alayna

Hello there! My name is Alayna and I am an experienced infant and early childhood caretaker and educator. With 20 years of experience caring for children as young as 15 weeks, up to 12 years of age, I went on to receive my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Development and recently had a daughter of my own (born 9/13/24)! Instead of returning to my office job, I have decided to find the right family in need of affordable childcare who would allow me to bring my daughter to work (open to watching them at our house as well). I am passionate about early childhood development and have worked in multiple settings, including KinderCare Daycare, Head Start pre-school, the University of Idaho's Child Development Center, and even nannied for 4 children in Italy while working a part-time time job teaching English at a local elementary school! I am willing to set a low/ flexible hourly rate for my qualifications because I will be caring for my daughter as well. Thank you for considering!
